An early morning visitor.
Did you know Rikki’s Refuge has 300 acres of pristine woods and wetlands just for the native wildlife? This is so important with all the hooman growth that is happening. So many wooded areas are being chopped down for more housing, more shopping, more more more for the hoomans. And where do the animals who called that home go? Many wonder to the woods at Rikki’s Refuge and find safe haven. Hoomans fill in wetlands, destroy beaver dams, steal their homes and put up hooman habitats. So many many animals displaced with the clearing of just one acre of land. And thousands and thousands of acres are being cleared every year. Help the animals.
