Doug has been caring for the animals and making Rikki’s Refuge better and better every day for TEN YEARS !!!!

He loves everybody, and eveybody loves him. He’s been here everyday making sure all those he loves are safe and well cared for. Rain and sleet and snow and heat and dark of night. They all know Doug will be there to protect them.
