VISIT RIKKI’S REFUGE ON JULY 4TH

It’s Donation Drop-Off day at Rikki’s Refuge!
The gates at Quarter Horse and Constitution Hwy (route 20) will be open from noon to 2pm.
No reservations needed; just drive in at the rainbow fence, follow the driveway down to the Life Center.
Doug, our sanctuary manager, will accept your donations with thanks!
Visit with the horses, goats, sheep, cows and pigs!
They love treats! Fresh produce and species-specific ones are best! (Please, no baked goods!)
Find us at 21410 Constitution Hwy, Rapidan, VA 22733.
Do not go down Quarterhorse or Barr Lanes – the gate is right there at the corner of 20 and Quarterhorse.
Look for the rainbow fence and the open gate with the big sign out front.
If you go down the dirt road, you won’t find us!
Please wear closed-toe shoes at the Refuge for your safety!
For your and our safety, no visiting animals are permitted, even in a vehicle!
Dress for the weather and bring water!

Look for the tall sign, “Re-Tail” The letter L is the big orange cat’s tail.
You can also drop donations of cat/dog food, paper towels, heavy duty 33 lb garbage bags at Re-Tail if you can’t make it to the Refuge.
