Ways to help

Come to Rikki's Refuge to work hard for the animals, breathe some fresh country air, and meet new people. If you are interested in volunteering, please e-mail Mary Walker, the Volunteer Director, at HorsesDCats@aol.com.  If e-mail is not an option, you can call the Refuge and leave your info on extension 2.

On-going projects include:

Volunteers with dogs. Kids hold yard sale for animals.

Building and carpentry projects Handling adoptions Marking trails Walking dogs Socializing cats Giving extra attention to our older and special needs animals Bathing and grooming animals Photograpy, web work, writing and public relations Mowing the fields Tending to the cemetary Picking up donations What's scheduled this month?

Organize and hold a yard sale and donate the proceeds to Rikki's Refuge. Donate cat and dog food your pets won't eat, kitty litter, igloos and carriers, building materials, fencing, and everything else. Offer your creative skills. We found and posted some ideas -- but don't let these limit you.
